The link was click bait that I bit on. Bit on it knowing that it would be a simple statement about how BlockChain was going to change the world. Simply true. Probably simply re-stated by the link in load terms that tell what anyone with any understanding of it knows and sees.....like I think that I do.
No surprise. Grand claims of what BlockChain will bring us. But wait, wait, don't tell me something that I, the know it all, did not know......!

1. A real physical entity Organization composed of people called managers and workers described by a personnel organization chart describing its structure complete with cubicles and coffee machines in a building. (Simply what the Organization is)...

2. The complex operations conducted by the Organization. (What the Organization does).
What exactly does that look like when all the conceptual object nature attributes, methods and communication ability so tightly bound to a human being brain matter are extracted and put into an artificial machine?
Artificial Intelligence (what the thing is) performing algorithmic processes (what that thing does).
What does that look and quack like?
A human being in a duck suit! No longer a physical human being but a more exactly structured logic and reason capable (be design) and less ambiguous entity for the specific purpose of conducting business! Better than a human being for doing the job. Everything a CEO would want of an otherwise real human employee. On the job 24/7 and the only heath care it needs is feeding of electricity and a low degree of maintenance and no wages.
The ultimate slave.
Reduction of the cost and need for human labor to the absolute minimum. The next step beyond off shoring to an human being in a cheaper labor force country. Eliminate the human being all together.

The Executive Branch is responsible for Application Programs that are functional application implementation of the Code of Law Operating System. The Judicial Branch? Quality Assurance tasked with identification and correction of bugs in the Operating System and its Application Programs.
Which one of these 3 branches of government deals the most with money spending? The function that is most subject to algorithmic rules that are the embodiment of our human self governance by the people and for the people? The conceptual thing called governance that is the extracted essence of our collective best human nature self expressed as the law of the land, our land?
The Executive Branch! The one to which Trump is to be elevated to the top level of control!
The Executive Branch should not be subject to the ambiguities, fallacies and failings of our human nature. To assure that the best we could do was to elect the best and brightest among us to entrust the will of the people.
The Biggest Bug in the Operating System is.........take a guess. To resolve that the Executive Branch must be restructured to be an algorithmic function of the application of a law and quality control.
The Legislative Branch should be restructured to more directly originate law as function of the consent of the governed. Not so much through our traditionally elected representatives in Congress creating law they think is best for us but becoming conduits for the laws that we have direct voting power to introduce and pass.
Rule by the governed?
Absolutely yes....When the Elected Executive Officer is the Ruler we might as well have a King/Queen or Dictator. That defines the entity in charge of the Operating System because they can manipulate it by control of how it is applied through Applications contrary to the rules of the Operating System.
Our Executive Branch must increasingly become a DAO entity. The progress of the Information Age logically and reasonably dictates that. Top level Executive incumbents will fight to maintain traditional powers to manipulate the Operating System, a domain that is the province of the Legislative Branch by circumvention of the rules or intentional restriction of rule regulation enforcement agencies. Example: Banks are not held to the code enforcement of the Operating System.
Trump is a Dictator of our American Operating System. Our CEO must be only in charge of applying and performing within the domain of the Operating System code. Subordinate to the domain and operating withing the parameters of the Operating System created by the Legislative code creation branch.
The nature of Balance of Powers must be redefined in the Information Age. Information is control and creates new structure of conceptual and real control. What we continue to hold dear is:

We had to trust people like Lincoln in the past. In the Information Age we have to have increasing trust in the Information Systems we create based on algorithmic sound reason and logic of "We the People" objectives that reduce the noise of ambiguity and human failings as our best intentions are increasingly embodied in the conceptual systems we create on our new Information Management Machines.

No, We The People are always in charge unless we give up control of our own governance and our country to the very few that are human or artificially human.
The System is out of control when its Application Programs drive and dictate the Operating System. They become the Operating System.

The popular meme of my "old school" days was "Don't trust anyone over 30".
