Land Coin

 This is not a new idea.  It is however a new original idea to me this morning that subsequently was searched on the WorldWideWeb.  Some of my thinking put a different spin on the idea...maybe.  Underlaying Value is a granular lowest level piece of real GIS division of Land.  It is like the whole world surface = Not Water is Gold and there is a limited amount of it and demand for it and it is all currently Owned, every granular piece sectional polygon part of it measured by its lowest granular level of square  Inch, Foot, Taxlot, etc. possessed by Beneficial Owner Entity,

Without Beneficial Ownership of the Physical Land itself it looks like a HandFullOfBeansCoin that can't be used to grow a real beanstalk on.

The kernel of an idea here.  Spawned from thoughts about crypto currency and how many different branded currency systems tokens of value can be chosen as a medium of exchange.  Each currency may be exchanged for another currency in a Crypto Currency Exchange Money Market.  Fees and charges apply, of course.  Why give any service away for nothing?

Back to the kernel of the thought: The purpose is not only a medium of exchange but to connect in the Blockchain all the things related to the land acquisition by a new owner.  Including a smart mortgage contract and all other things that can be attached to the land as well as the new owner in relationship to the land.

A Crypto Currency used solely for the purpose of a specific unique object class transaction.

In other words:  US Currency in circulation as a medium of exchange.....(about $12 trillion?...equal to our National Debt minus a couple categories of the Total National Debt which is in fact equal to our Total National Savings) must be converted on an exchange to a Crypto Currency intended solely for use as a medium of exchange in a transaction involving change of ownership of specific objects of value.

For Example:  Land.  Land is an object class with unique physical and conceptual attributes.  Physical Attributes are naturally self evident.  Conceptual Attributes are assigned to Land by Law and other Conceptual Entities All Land in the USA is owned by some entity.  Property taxes are collected on Land.  Land is bought and sold on the Market which establishes a Conceptual Value as a function of Market Exchange Transaction.

Rule:  Any transaction that involves change of ownership of Land must be conducted with LandCoin as the medium of exchange.

Rule: The exchange of a Reserve Currency (official Currency of the USA that is legal tender for all debts, Public or Private) at par for LandCoin to buy Land.

Rule: The Exchange of US Dollars for LandCoin crypto currency is to be done free of any fee by the Federal Government or State Government or County Government in a National LandCoin Public System.

Rule:  The purchase of Land with LandCoin has mandatory associated data elements.  Among them Are:
1.The Shape Element with measurement and geolocation location attributes.
2.Beneficial Owner Identity of Existing Owner and New Owner.
   a. Owner Identity Attributes of address and,
   b. Owner Entity Type
   c. Owner Entity validation by Public Registration
   c. Other Mandatory Attributes as required by Law
3 Land Attributes
   a. Mandatory attributes as required by Law

New Beneficial Owners of Land receiving payment in LandCoin may exchange LandCoin at par for official US currency.

When an Exchange of Land Ownership transaction is conducted in a trade of Object Value as a Medium of Exchange other than LandCoin then.....

.......gotta figure that one out!  It is in the domain of Barter where the Value of Object being Sold is by definition equal to the Value of the Object being bought.  There is no Medium of Exchange involved.  In the case of Barter there is Contractual Agreement.  As a function of Contractual Agreement a Value is assigned the Unique Objects of Trade.  Unique Objects of Trade have a Liquidity of Exchange Attribute established by a Market.

The Market is a mysterious thing that is self regulating and the Wet Dream of Free Market.  What makes the Mysterious Hand work is that Value is exchanged for Equal Value and the "Handful of Beans" "Let the Buyer Beware" and "Due Diligence" related Contractual Elements.

Whatever real or conceptual Object Entity the Seller accepts in Payment for Land other than LandCoin becomes an Object:Real/Conceptual as a "LandBarterMarketCoin" CryptoCoin worth whatever anyone will pay for it in the First Transaction Initially Sold into a Blockchain  and all subsequent transactions in the BlockChain at any PointInTime after the initial entry.  That "BarterMarketCoin" has true underlaying object value of a variable degree determined by its acceptability on the part of the buyer?

LandBarterObjectMarketCoin has transactional value as determined by what it can be exchanged for in a LandBarterObjectMarket or  LandCoinExchange Market.

LandBarterObjectMarketCoin used in Land for Land trade is subject to all the same BlockChain as LandCoin.
