Seizing the Ball and Running With It

All my thoughts have been about the need to structure a conceptual money system on the object oriented approach to system design and implementation that begins with establishing Money as a Super Class object as well as a uniquely coded digital entity object at the unit level:  The digital, serialized dollar.  The ball the game is played with, not the score upon the board.  The score upon the board is a functional result of palying the game with the ball.

So, what kind of game would that be?  What are the rules? How is it played.  Is it just another way of playing the game of trade?  NO.  It is playing it with another ball.  The nature of the ball object in play determines to a great extent the stucture of of the game, its rules and outcome.

The outcome of any game is winning (or losing) .  The best game, perhaps is a win, win outcome.  Losing only has meaning if one player acts in such a manner causes the other player to loose, then they both loose.

Imagine a game of tennis where:

The object of the game........

 Is not:

To return the ball to the other side of the net where the other player cannot hit it in successful return across the net as well as into the other court.......

But is:

To return the ball over the net and into the other court so that the other player can return the ball successfully to keep the game going.

What is the game?  The Pursuit of Happiness.  No end to that game as long as there is time to play it.  Both sides win.  Game ends when one side fails to return the ball so the came can continue.  Time runs out.  Happiness ends.

It is time to get on with exactly what the game as I propose it to be played with my new ball.  What it would be, how it would be played, what are the rules and why it would be a better game we are now playing.

If the thing we use as a medium to pursue our happiness is the object that causes so much unhappiness then the medium is the message to us that the fundamental properties of this object we call a medium of exchange must be changed.

Its our ball!

As a unique instance of the collective all of us in this USA called "Me", Its my ball!

I will not play any longer with any other ball than jointly ours and therefore personally mine as well own by me in common with all the other players on Team USA!

Our Ball!

Our Game!

Our Country!

USA!

USA!

1% have been playing the game with the ball they own.

99% have watched a losing game for too long without realizing that the players on the field are the ones that are winning, the spectators in the stands that build the stadium and paid the price to enter it are losing.

It is time to take the field, play our game with our ball.

Throw the bums on the field out as well as their damn ball and the blind refs on their payroll!

This by Joe Firestone at New Economics Perspectives and the link by Jared Bernstein that Joe refers to see the need for a new game with new rules.  To get to the heart of the matter they have to see the need for a new ball.  Money as an asset object, not a debt balance number in a double entry bookkeeping system that is the conceptual foundation of the entire monetary system defining our national asset as our National Debt.

Jared asks:  How Did Things Get So Screwed Up?

I think I know why and think I have an solution to the problem.

It is time for me show how it would work now that I have talked myself into thinking that it really might be a good idea.  Time to stop kicking it around and knock it over the fence.

Or, alternatively, strike out.  Which in terms of my favorite sport, Ironman Triathlon is:  DNF.  Did Not Finish in the attempt to complete the extreme sport objective for which I have prepared and trained myself to accomplish.

I don't now much but I do work hard at what I know.  My friend describes me as a tenacious mf'r.
