Is the arc of time speeding up?
If so does it go to the intuitive future circle or a genetic helix in multi time and space dimension?
Seems like I saw that somewhere before and browsing my photo file from a bike trip in France I remember it!
Is it pure random chance that Tulsi will announce today in the arc of time and space-place that speeded up conceptual time once before? What is faster than the speed of light? What began there on 7 December ended in a cloud over two cities. The source of which has not been used for the same purpose since. Or has the source simply shape shifted faster than we can see it in its new form?
Or can we see the paradigm shift in time?

I recently finished the multi episodes of a complicated story about Darkness.
Cohen tells it in the words of......what? Not words but universal language beyond anything Artificial.
I have always had the deep personal intuitive feeling that the means of saving my own life will be at hand if only I will have the what? ......grace to grasp and use it .....like my father grasped the rope dangling in front of him when all was really lost to him.
He did but he tried to to tie the proper non-slip bowline knot. Then he just stopped trying and tied a square one. I often fail to tie a square knot and wind up with a granny knot.....and smile.
Do navy recruits still tie a line around their bell bottoms fastened with a square knot? Leggings were the combat uniform of WWI

Waltzing Matilda - Old Tune - With greater meaning.

I searched all my blog for entries containing "Australia". Amazing what I wrote. No wonder I put a total public exclusion on it and backed it up! Maybe someday it will be open again. I have the back ups. I did the whole thing thinking it might have some value to AI beyond the last entry. It is like completing the 23 and me kit this week after sitting on the shelf for so long.
Among the entries I found this one:

My first time in Australia was port visit to Bunbury after being offshore during the fall of Saigon.
Later in 1975 I received orders that exchanged me for an Australian navy officer for two years.
Since I retired in 1986 I have returned maybe 10 times. Once with Jeanette on a teaching exchange.
While I was there there when the choice was made.

It is still my favorite. So is the nation and its people. Yanks that know the character of Australia feel the same. Yves Smith feels it. We know the feeling. Hard to describe but know to those that share it.
Anzac has a special meaning deep in the hearts of Australia.
Somehow it showed up in a very emotional and overpowering Youtube play list. Strange it was there among the nature of the tunes listed on the right.
Not so strange nor mysterious. I played it not knowing the revision. I was at the parade, at the War Memorial. Officers and civilians I worked with told me about the meaning of the day. I had to pause the video a couple times.
Music has power. I never heard this version before. Now I hear our own music and what it tells the heart and the soul in the same way.

Mind and Body - Tech and Triathlons- Extending Endurance

Absolutely fascinating. I did not expect to find this but I am not really surprised. Tech is moving fast!
Suffering from my own need to catch up on tech after a 3 or 4 year lapse is hard! Old equipment used and applications understood in 1.0 version are difficult to learn in 3.0 which is prerequisite to sliding into next gen transition to 4.0
Apple devices are my physical tool and logic system. One basic rule in triathlons is to never race with new equipment. The higher order rule is to never race without putting in the training required for for the event distance. The intent is sport not survival! If you can't run with the big dogs or the Mad Dogs then stay on the porch and bark!
This old dog needs to get back in training just to run or ride at the back of the tech pack or the tri pack.
Tech initially because it is a tech world then strap on the monitors and just do it in training again!
I am still riding a Soft Ride signed by Jurgen! Missed seeing him while training for a month in Phuket several years ago. I swam in the pool in 2009. Maybe a good place to start all over again and get up to speed. If I still have enough mind and body left to do it. Fortunately it is Age Group related performance!
I will never see Brain ....what. ...4.0? direct tech connection but I can see and feel it coming. Some leading edge AI might help me now in brain endurance, if I learn enough to use the new iPhone iPad Watch and MacBook devices and apps!
New tech and AI have benefits for all of us. It is an equal opportunity App applicable for all to benefit from in life and its pursuits in not only Age Groups but Intelligence and Ability Groups that are not age related. Brain Group category life and sport 4.whatever for everyone.

Private Gain at Public Expense - Oregon Property Tax System

The fact is that something went wrong in the defense of our nation. Why? Many explanations. It happened before. Our institutions of government failed or may have been manipulated into failure.
The fact is that an enemy attacked and gained at the catastrophic expense of Americans--again. Various explanations that in the gross analysis have degrees of truth exist. The bottom line facts all relationships among a web of people and places beyond the ability of our Intelligence Agencies at that time to put together and take action to protect us.

Freedom to examine public information records is each and every citizen's right to examine and hold public officials accountable for their performance.
Open Source Intelligence is the best intelligence source. Data in public records available for every citizen to examine. Down to the data element level.
The problem is that this public data at the local level of 36 counties in Oregon is all in separate data silos. Aggregated data prepared by counties goes up to state level. Aggregated data does not reveal singe record data such as property taxlot information or property sales records that indicate private gain at public expense. that rots the core of confidence in government.

Good Judgment Requires Time for Analysis of Facts Established by Smart Investigation.
Smart Investigation?? New School Data Driven Proof of Code Performance?
A thought that just popped into my head causing revision of the title!
Considered for reversion to draft form but decided to let it ride and review prior entries for publication release categories IAW .....whatever.....perhaps relative temperature.
There is so much more for me to learn about various systems... of governance and others that lead to E-Governance. I must devote time to self learning in a warmer area about many things that enable understanding before proceeding.
Access to this entire public blog that was once entirely public is now restricted to anyone I give authorized access that has a need to view and know.
Drafts have created as stubs in this blog that may lead in future publication investigation are subject to release by trusted entities. Backed up elsewhere.

Thorough investigation takes time. Demands sufficient time to establish facts and recommendations.
Good thing? Bad thing:
Proceeding with the plan to resolve the bridge issue without prior voluntary withdrawal of parties and associates that have gained private benefit at public expense.
On one hand those directly involved know as well as those that support them knowing their agenda. Others supporting them on the ground of honest stake holding in the protection of wildlife and natural resources in the past may have recognized the agenda and withdrawn. Those being use to defend special agenda will become aware of it in the future.
Let everyone continue forward together.
Offer opportunity for those with special agenda to withdraw.
That was my intent two years ago and most recent intent via the Neighborhood Association.
It was offered. It was the honorable thing to offer equally honorable action.
Not evidently accepted.
Then let it continue.
We have an entire year to conduct investigations that lead to many places.

This is an update to the 21 day notice provided Feb. 10th 2017 regarding an expansion to the Bend Enterprise Zone. This zone does not impact the underlying zoning or the current property tax base for your tax district. It does allow traded sector business to temporarily exempt new capital projects for a standard three (3) year period of time dependent on creating jobs and on making new, taxable investments. This program is specifically targeted at traded-sector businesses – in short, companies that export a majority of their goods or services outside our region’s borders. EDCO and the City of Bend focus efforts on recruiting and growing traded-sector employers to foster the creation of new, well- paying base-industry jobs and improve the foundations of Bend’s economy. Non-traded-sector companies (retail, commercial, restaurant, health care, etc.) are not eligible for the program, and currently comprise more than 85% of all Bend businesses.
The reason for this letter is a small change and update to the final Bend City Council resolution that includes 10 additional properties (see list of tax lots identified on the following page) that have been updated since the initial notice was sent out. In addition to these tax lots, portions of properties (those outside the new Bend UGB) originally proposed for expansion of the current Bend Enterprise Zone were removed. The result is a small net decrease in the total amount of acres being included in the proposed expanded zone. Specifically, the original 164 properties identified in the February 10th notice would have added 2,201.02 acres to the zone while the updated 174 properties include 2,179.42 acres. While a minor change, we wanted to keep you updated and aware of the modification.

Property Tax Comparison example Chairman. Deschutes County Audit Commitee
Public data research:
Where to take the property tax analysis I am doing to initiate action to correct serious errors and disfunction is the question.
Three avenues I see the NLA, City Council or the County level. The county has an Audit Committee and maybe the best place to go or Tony Debone who is also on the Committee as a County member.
I chose the Audit Committee Chairman
Previously I had decided that selecting my own property as an example and comparing it to a Designated Forestland property in the City would be an excellent example exposing the magnitude of difference in Property Tax.
I decided to use the same approach but to select the Committee Chairman's taxlot as an example. Any city taxlot in the normal range of valuation and tax would work. Choosing the Chairman's property would be a clever way to make the point.
What follows is the result of creating a comparison example. It reveals more than I expected and leads to more questions.

Tyler Technologies - E-Government - A Better System To Perpetuate Government of the People and For the People
The Oregon Property Tax System is....Hard to describe! Hard to believe! How can Oregon citizens be so manipulated and so blind? Maybe it is simply new norm. How many are blind to the corruption of the property tax system?

A simple look, even a passing glance at fundamental accounting records reveals how pathetic and unjust the system is. Silo property tax data in each of the counties property tax records are the same self destructive self defeating model repeated on a smaller crises level.
There is an opportunity to correct that situation that is also a business model with proven success. Data driven E-Government in a trusted governance system. Oregon must be the lowest hanging fruit on the tree to pick first.
Picking property tax payers pockets will be quickly exposed when the 5% or less that understand the technology that will bring and end to private gain at public expense. It will exposes those that are benefitting by virtue of state law and administrative rules and regs that lock their gains into the protection and defense of law.
Special Assessment for Eastern Oregon Forestland is $79.38. 2018-19. State ORS and OAR are its legal basis. We have met the enemy and they are us!
Like so many legacy systems government systems and Oregon Property Tax laws must be corrected and will be corrected swiftly by and entire replacement of silo public data into a central data source.
Researching the transition from silos tho data driven E-Government there are leader examples a business enterprises that see the need as well as the opportunities to correct a dysfunctional system.
Finally after all my research of looking at both the trees and forest of this problem I stumble across the logical entry to correcting it.

Smoke stacks above fires that once drove the economic engine of Central Oregon now fly the flag under which the progress of our nation advanced with liberty and justice for all. It is called the Old Mill but it is the center of a new era of advancing our state and nation.
Problem is: Old legacy laws that promoted a timber industry to benefit all is now benefitting a few at the expense of all.
Bend is a center of a new economic engine in our state. Investment in variety of diversified new startups coming to Bend on a new Oregon Trail.
Some house cleaning of old laws and rules that are now are constructive evasion of taxes due for public benefit and protection of private gain at public expense must be eliminated. Data driven E-Government that consolidates public data for examination by all citizens serves us best. Those that protect legally sanctioned but unjust gains gains will self identify themselves. They see the system changing now. Simple sample research of existing public property tax records reveals the problem in factual data.
Each area of government has an example of blazing a trail for others to follow like Fremont blazed a trail to Bernd.
Tyler Technologies has lead the way for other states in the application of commercial systems to improve government and governance systems that can serve us all better.
Our free private enterprise competitive economy rewards the winners for the benefit of all. There may be other systems offered in competition for evaluation. Local and state governments have made their choices of systems for advancing the vision of there citizens.

Slip the Anchor and Skin the Cat
This morning I made coffee at 3am and sat down at the screen of the new monitor I received yesterday.
Glorious!
27 inches of 4k clarity stating me in the face.
Maybe that is the key to the whole thing. The point of entry to the problem.
I stared back at it. For a long time. My window on the World Wide Web. The rest of the pieces that open the door to the world that this window shows me will arrive soon. A Mac mini, wireless keyboard an a big Apple touch pad. Hey, it was Black Friday!
My new Mac Pro laptop was a side arm tool. Good enough but not up to the challenge of what I intend to do. Honestly, that is not true. It is equally as good as all the new toys that replace it.
When it comes time to do the job of going where I want to go in the long game using a lap top is not the way to get there. Looking down at a screen is a tiring neck and body position. Seeing what is on the screen demands that I bend toward it.
It is like getting down on the aero bars in my Ironman triathlons. Not a comfortable position. That is not the half of it. The other half sits so far forward on the seat it becomes a pain in the butt! To go far, go fast and go alone is an endurance event.
My Navy Career was an endurance event. I loved it. In the next 24 years I loved triathlons that proved my physical ability. It took two years to go from a long distance bike tourist to Ironman in Kona. I did not do it alone. Jeanette Sullivan is riding tandem with me on a single bike. Like her, all my heroes are behind me. They are my racing team. The team that pulls me to the front, to the finish. Their inspiration is the source of my energy.
