Property Assessment is a Judgment Call. Code is Law

The title of this blog entry deserves some explanation!
    Therefore
I will explain it to myself.

Left Brain talk to Right Brain.

Start with the Statement:  "Code is Law".

Left Brain has an objective analytical view of that Statement.

Right Brain has a subjective view of that Statement.

We are generally Right Handed or Left Handed.  Most are RightHanded.  Some are LeftHanded.  It makes no difference in pitching swinging a bat.  It does however frame the approach we choose in to how we play the game.  An even smaller number of us are ambidextrous.  Maybe that population is equal in number to a combination of those that play the game single handedly with either left or right Arm/Brain.

One Arm Willie raced with one arm and Jim Penseyres raced with  one leg.  I edited that sentence to remove "only".  I swam and rode with both of them.  "Only" only framed a physical appearance and associations with appearance that only meant nothing.

What does this Statement mean?

The answer reveals itself reflexively in an iterative reductive parsing process to discover the Statement meaning.  Pick it apart to examine its pieces and how they relate and operate in a top down breakdown manner.

Why top down breakdown?

 If all of the individual smallest piece parts of a complex physical clock were randomly scattered on a table then how could anyone know how to assemble them back their original relationships?  If they had an assembly diagram plan with steps for assembly it becomes possible.  Impossible for a guy who never asks for directions.

A genius could look at all the pieces comprehend their intricate properties and relationships and put them all together creating something that would tell us all the "time" of day.  Maybe even the meaning of time which far more complex than putting puzzle pieces of a clock together just by looking at them!

One Genius did it.  Maybe the ultimate guy who never asked anyone for directions.  If he did the answer would be: "You can't get there from here".   He asked the Universe for directions and it answered in a beautiful simple way by scattering all the pieces on a table that only he see and listening to what they told him about their relationships.  Then he told us what they simply said in the end...

E=MC Squared!

I am no genius but I can read about them.
