Fractured Privacy: Must Come Under One Universal Umbrella

https://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2019/02/cisco-joins-tech-giants-calling-federal-privacy-law.html

We are in transition with a fragile untested strategy and implementation plan.  When transition happens so quickly there are unintended consequences that must be weighed against public benefit.

At a tipping point or fork in the road there is a serious judgment required.  Trusted Founders with vision and judgment lead us.

At this point presence/absence quantity of life must shift to quality of life shared abundance.

Needs and wants was a simple prioritization.  Studied it in college.

The evolving chain to deliver is complex.  So complex that our logic system (Internet and WWW running on it) that fulfill needs and wants fails  and leaves an increasingly larger segment of the population behind.

Kinda like the financial and power wealth of a few vs many.

The shift restructures the relationship.  Not in terms of money but power to the many to balance and redistribute.

How?

Two pronged attack.

Top Down

Bottom Up

Flanking with an action move to both sides then pincher in to the middle for action connection of communication method

Protect individual rights while doing this.

Sounds like a simple plan.

Plan B is not.
