NAI Non-Profit

This is a follow on to my prior post about COCC, NAI and Bill Smith plans for campus development.

If this research develops I may start a separate blog or take it off line.

The above link details the expertise of NAI Global in the Non-Profit sector.

"NAI Capital Non-Profit delivers uncompromising results for its clients. With over 15-years experience and over 100 transactions completed, the NAI Capital Non-Profit team is proud to service the needs of its clients with
  • Relocation, remodel and Expansion
  • Cost Analysis
  • Secure Local Governmental Approvals
  • Land Development"
Who and what exactly is the Non-Profit team that provides all these services?

NAI Cascades?  If so how are these services delivered?  NAI Cascades is local broker agency.  Is the "team" a brokerage function to form an ad hoc team to service the needs of the client?  If so, then that would make William Smith Properties the Land Development entity.

To what extent is NAI Capital Non-Profit team staffing or function above the local NAI Cascades brokerage?

From this link from 2010 that presents details of the total plan at that time: http://www.bendbulletin.com/news/1921154-151/cocc-inks-deal-with-developer

"Central Oregon Community College has inked a deal with William Smith Properties to develop much of its unused land on Bend’s west side over the next decade.
The agreement, slated to last from five to 50 years, will allow Bill Smith, whose company developed the Old Mill District, to work with COCC to develop the 40-acre mixed-use parcel at the northeast corner of Mt. Washington Drive and Shevlin Park Road and the 15-acre parcel to the south of that intersection. On Wednesday, COCC’s board unanimously approved the agreement."

At what time did NAI Cascade enter the picture? (Previously NAI Aris) http://bendchamber.org/chamber-weekly/local-firm-changes-name-to-nai-cascade-to-reflect-their-increased-business-scope/
