Cycorp is doing amazing things in the field of Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence. Cycorp has an excellent website explaining not only what they are doing but providing sufficient overview documentation of the system they have created to get it done.
The fundamental nature of the computational trinity consisting of Logic, Language and Structure is something that I have written about previously in this blog. Cycorp is applying the fundamental nature of our natural language logic, thought process and structure to Artificial Intelligence.
Cycorp is not the only one doing research in this area. IBM has Watson, etc. Cycorp however gives an excellent view of the state of the art by presenting it well at its website.
NLP fascinates me!
