Interesting application of natural language AI processing.
If caller disguised their voice with a changer and the conversation was translated in real time to text and analyzed by Buzzlogix software then it may be possible to at least recognize the gender of the caller.
Interesting to learn how the natural language text processing program determines gender ID?
It could be applied to anything a person writes that appears in the World Wide Web? No hiding gender? What might be discovered?
