The State of the Union Address should be recorded as public documentation on Gigapixel video camera. The Gigapixel recording should be a Freedom of Information record that every citizen has a right to examine.

This is where the assembled Congress display their public vote. The entire nation is watching and must a right to review review the entire Gigaixel Record of the assembled Congress prior to, during and after the President delivers the STU.

Jon Tester walks a political tightrope with great skill.
Jeff Merkly partnered with him long ago. Since then I have wondered about the secret sauce Jon brings to the relationship. Must be good. The point of this picture is the response feedback to what was said. Surprised me when I saw it. Democrat of course but both sides are voting by action and expression throughout the entire thing. One snapshot is not an indicator of position nor future performance.

Everybody was "voting" but the "votes" were not being recorded for analysis. Human or AI.
I don't think that anyone, especially politicians in attendance could fake or skew real position on anything said. Some more expressive than others.
These two subjects happened to be in the same video cutaway. Purely location driven. Like Amazon marketing, any two persons in attendance could be compared and evaluated side by side for same time frame comparison response.
AI can do the legwork and some of the analysis but at the most subtle and even intuitive level humans are still ahead. Objective/ Subjective thing.

Each seated member is in a relatively fixed position. Standing from time to time in the frame.
Post production of the video would select each member.
Viewer could select a member or any number of members for side by side comparison After the STU
Scrolling text beneath. Perhaps user set back n seconds.
Including of course all others in attendence.
