Old School Government!  Bring in the hired goons, strike breakers.  Fence them in. Fence the out!

Drown Government in a Bathtub.  Keep dominant control!  Old School War too.  The old way hs always been physical dominance.  Physical tools used to dominate Government to protect Private Gain At Public Expense.  Get laws passed making physical trespass illegal.

Get local law enforcement to disburse or arrest.  Called the "Riot Act".

The same old story.  It was done in Bisbee, AZ.  I have been there. Walked the streets.  Went to the Miner's Library.  That is where many of the miners went to learn.  Read books.  Resisted.
