But who exactly is inducing the USA too skin itself?

Who benefits?

The most elegant way to skin a cat is to induce it to skin itself.  That is the epitome of cleverness and cunning in setting it up.  How?  It all depends on self motivation to defeat one's self.  Instill fear, stupidity, or any other self defeating factor in the mind of the target.  Disconnect them from logical and rational cause and effect reality.  Call it reality TV then suspend reality!

Make a cat so deathly afraid of any thing then use the chosen trigger to induce it to skin itself.  The trigger?  Simply sneak up on it and say Bo!  Why make a bloody mess of it by using a knife or. bomb?  That demonstrates lack of creativity and intelligence.  Besides, those methods are not only an inhumane way to obtain a cat's skin but require more energy and effort and then more effort to clean up the mess unless there is an equally clever way to get some other entity to gladly do it.

The other analogy is to get the target to hang itself.  To hoist themselves on their own Petard.  Call it the Gulianni Model.  Maybe the Trump Model.

But again.....Who benefits.  Who wrote the simple algorithm.  Facebook is a simple algorithm example that induces social behavior.

All it takes is a clever planned and programmed algorithm then press "return" to implement it.

But again.....who is writing the algorithm?

China?

The Deep Web?

Russia?

Bigger than that but with a vastly smaller number of players seeking a return on investment at the level of buying box cutters when they already have most of the world's money?  What more would a few want?  Power?  Religious Domination of Society?

They that have the Gold Rule.

Who They?  What more do they want?  End of Times in a Phyyric Victory where they all go to heaven without dying.  They natural end that most people fear most but some embrace?

We have met the enemy and they are us because we fail to see the sleight of hand that is manipulating us as well as who is connected to that hand and their end game they seek by inducing the USA to accomplish self defeat?

In future hindsight we will see who and what they are when they rise from the ashes.  The entity that rises from the ashes will either be a real world entity or a conceptual one in another world they think is spiritual.

That "Other Conceptual World" called spiritual is on a singular human being level the end objective of a great number of people.  Also the objective of a much smaller number of people that believe it is there best mission on earth to pave the way to heaven for all people or some subset like Jonestown.https://www.thoughtco.com/the-jonestown-massacre-1779385

I'd rather be around to pick up the pieces if there is no "There" there.  Others would rather be there than here because they believe it is a much better place not just for them but all of us?

I think the identity of the entity that desires to cleverly induce the USA to skin itself is an entity that wants to be around to enjoy the skin of the cat that skinned itself.

Who?

When the self skinning takes place what will be the horizon event?  How quickly will it happen?  It is a future prediction of doom as old as the idea of the end of the world.  In the Information Age things happen as quickly as ancient concepts of the end of the world.  The Information Age is a new domain in which the horizon event leading to a paradigm shift in the real world to a new "Real World"  (good or bad) could happen overnight or as quick as jumping out of our skin.

After all.....our skin is only skin deep and if it is a conceptual skin it is like a snake's skin or a sea shell  that is self shed or vacated in order to grow.  It does not necessarily mean the demise of the host.

One of the cleverest tricks to induce an outcome is to get the other guy to willing die for their country, their cause.

Taking that to a higher order level:  How to get members of your own tribe to willingly die for your cause.  Some of them die as heroes in battle to be awarded with honors and gratitude while others of the same tribe make a killing.

Is that a win/win proposition?

Win/win is a good business model.

Subway walls and tenement halls are public domain places where everyone can see what is written.  Public domain but really owned by someone else.  People see what is written there but silence stifles the communication of meaning.  So does stupidity, division of common social purpose and benefit.
