Membership Products. The membership services industry is characterized by a high degree of competition. Participants in this industry include
membership services companies, such as United Marketing Group, Encore, Synapse, AAA, LifeLock....Affinion Group SEC filing.

It is corporate surveillance of an individual's aggregated financial data. All aggregated to Life Lock. All in Life Lock's data base to monetize. They intend to monetize it to those that will pay for it. The husband did not. Perhaps Life Lock will sue him for theft of services that they would have otherwise probably sold to him if he was and authorized business partner enterprise.
